thermostat wont heat after certain time at night

I have my heating on during the day with no problems but once it comes to about 10pm the thermostat is on but it wont heat the house, its annoying as I work some nights so when im off im sitting in a house thats getting colder and no way to heat the house while im awake during a night off. how do I get it to heat when ever I want it to please???

Do you have the Learning Nest?  Some things to try is turning OFF 'Auto Schedule' and 'Home/Away Assist' in the Nest app settings.

tried turning off auto scheduler etc but might try the home and away assist, but if im home it should know and still turn the heating on. fingers crossed

No. Not got chance to see till last night and tonight. Still turned off at 10pm and turnedbon at 6am. It was orange the whole night and lower than what it was set to.
