Please explain to me with all the smart things is this world we cannot make a router that we have a choice to turn off 5.0ghz to connect many devices that will only connect to 2.4ghz i get tired of buying items and not being able to connect to WIFI. This is so frustrating, I have tried all the google solutions it does not work. Please come up with a solution I am ready to buy a new router so I do not have to this trouble.

Typically, the most common workaround for this is to add a 2.4 GHz only access point to your setup, perhaps repurposing an old router just for this purpose. Alternatively, if this is critical to you, you would need to consider a different Wi-Fi solution than Nest Wifi as unfortunately Google haven't made any announcements or feature changes to make working with 2.4 GHz only devices easier.

Buying a new router sounds like the best option.  Its sad that with all the devices still using 2.4ghz that you must buy a new router.
