I have had Google wifi for some time now using a Nest (model H2D). I have the main router and one access point. I still do not get good service throughout my house so I purchased a 3 pack of Google Wifi. I read multiple articles that said the 2 were compatible and I could add the Google wifi as extra access points. I have tried and tried to add the Google wifi points to my current Nest network with no success. I have Comcast internet with their newest modem. I have not unplugged my current Nest network router from my modem. When I go through the "add device" on my Google Home app it tells me to hook the Google wifi device into my modem but I would have to unplug my current Google Nest router (I tried plugging the Google wifi device into the extra ethernet plug on my modem but it did not work).
My question is how do I connect the new Google Wifi devices (3 of them) to my current Google Nest network?
Should I disconnect my current Google Nest long enough to add the Google wifi to my Nest network? Will that even work if my Nest is disconnected?
I read another Google article that said it is best to add google wifi to your Nest network instead of vice-versa.
My goal is to add the 3 Google wifi devices to my current Nest network.
Thank you for your help!

You can see and manage your existing Nest Wifi network in the Google Home app? That's a prerequirement. Then it should be as easy as this guide describes:
Go to Nest Wifi -> "Add a point or an additional router"
You should not unplug or disconnect any of your existing points for this to work, correct.

Yes I can see all my Nest wifi settings. When I select add new device it does not find the new wifi points.
My Nest router is connected to my xfinity modem. I plugged one of the new wifi points power source, open the Google home app, go through the add device, select Google wifi as the device in trying to add but it never finds the new device (I have tried all 3). When I go through the add new device process it tells me to hook the wifi point into my modem but I would have to unhook my Google Nest router.

Alright. Could you try to plug the WAN port of one of the new Google Wifi units to your primary Nest Wifi unit's WAN port during setup?
Could you try to set it up using a different iOS, iPadOS or Android device?
Are all units bought for the same country/region? Mixing US and EU for instance won't work.

I did try plugging the ethernet cable into my Google router last night but I will give it another shot. Yes everything was purchased in US. I will try another device as well.

Hooking each one to my main Google router worked. I must have had it plugged in wrong last night. I had to plug each one to my google router then go through the setup. Thank you for your help!
