Adding 4th mesh point

I am trying to add a 4th mesh point to my system due to layout of the house and materials used in construction (stone).  I have tried several times with mo success.  My app finds the unit, I am able to scan the QR code but when I try to connect I get a failed to connect message and oddly I lose all internet connection throughout the reat of the units.  Is there a maximum number of points?

• Are you trying to set up the main router or a point?
• Do all the routers look the same?
• The error message indicates a connection issue; the modem is not providing a WiFi internet connection.

Hi Gabriela, thank you for responding.  I was connecting a point. The issue was indeed a wifi connection issue.  I was able to make initial connection by hardwire, after which the wifi was a able to then connect.  Again thank you for responding to my plea for help.
