I have an internet connection of 300Mbps, and when I do a speed test, I get about 275Mbps as upload speed and only 76Mbps as download speed. Not sure what's the problem. The internet net provider's technician mentioned that while upload, it could being using the 5Ghz channel and while downloading only 2.4Ghz. Could that be a problem and what would be a solution?

Thanks for posting — let's see what's going on.
Are you using a modem/router combo from your Internet Service Provider (ISP)? How many devices are dropping from the network? Also, do you have any paused devices?

Thanks for the response. I had to travel for my office work and could not try the steps mentioned earlier. I will reach back home only next week. I will try these steps and provide an update.

Hi,
I am back and since my morning I've been trying all the above mentioned steps and even reset the router, still the problem remains! My upload speed is above 270mbps and download speed is only ~75. The internet connection plan i have is of 300 Mbps! So still the issue of low download speed remains!
