Hi Google
I wonder if there is an option to closing port by number in the router and also an option to activate or deactivate each one of the networks separately: 2.4 GHz only or 5Ghz only or 6 E wifi only or having 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz activated or only 5Ghz an 6E only?
Thanks!

Would these two features be added in the future?

Hey daniman316,
Due to the nature of how the Nest WiFi mesh networks work, the bands will always run at the same time. On the Nest WiFi Pro, all three bands will be active 100% of the time and it will be up to the devices to decide which band to connect to. As it stands, there are no plans to make it possible to deactivate any of the bands, but I can pass your feedback along to our teams and let them know it's a feature you feel would be useful. Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks,
Jeff

Thank you Jeff.
Yes, there is something else I think you can help me with and it is to pass the feedback related with the feature to close any port in the Nest wifi Pro.
Thanks!

I can do that for you, daniman316. I'll make sure it's sent to the proper teams. You can also leave feedback yourself through the Home app if you so wish.
Thanks,
Jeff

Hey folks,
Thanks for the help, @Jeff.
@daniman316, we appreciate your interest however, we don't have any news to share about an option to manually activate 2.4 Ghz and 5.0 Ghz for Google Wifi networks. We're always looking for ways to improve and we'll take it as feedback.
I also suggest that you send feedback by following this link. Let me know if you have other questions or concerns, otherwise I’ll be locking this thread after 24 hours.
Best,
Mel
