Hi
I have an issue to load www.waldnersmassage.se.
I have problems reaching this website if I connect via my Google Wifi from home. It is a website which is built in Wordpress and I can no longer administer it from home. I can access the site at work and from my mobile phone. It also works to reach the page via a laptop at home if I disconnect from Google Wifi and connect via the mobile phone instead.
Error message in Edge and in Chrome:
"Can't reach this page www.waldnersmassage.se took too long to respond Try to: Check the connection Check the proxy and firewall Run network diagnostics in Windows ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT"
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
Regard
CW

Does it work if you temporarily try changing your router's DNS?
Change your DNS server - Google Nest Help
If it's set to ISP, try changing it to Automatic (Google). If it's already set to Automatic, try changing it to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1.

Changed from Automatic to Manual config as you wrote and restarted Wifi. Also ran ipconfig /flushdns but unfortunately the problem persists.

Hi again, I was going to set the DNS back to Automatic again but now saw that the settings were not saved as you suggested. So now I redid the procedure again and now it works. Many thanks 🙂 /CW

Thanks for the help, davidking!
CW5, now that you were able to get things working correctly, I just wanted to jump in and see if there was anything else you might need here. If so, let me know and I'll be happy to continue helping.
Thanks,
Jeff

Thanks for asking but the problem returned again Thursday evening. I came to the conclusion that Google Wifi is blocking Wordpress and Wordpress editor for some reason. Didn't have time to troubleshoot so now I, maybe a little too quickly, changed to another website provider and now it works perfectly. Also set the DNS back to Automatic again 🙂
Kind regards /C

Awesome — glad to hear that your issue is fixed. It looks like we can consider this one complete, so I will lock the thread shortly unless I can help out with anything else.
