Google home hub will not connect to wifi

Hi, Antoinette.

I'm sorry for the trouble you're having with your Home Hub. I imagine that's quite frustrating. Let's see if we can sort this one out.

To help you a bit better, I have some questions for you.

• Is this a new device that you have never been able to connect, or were you able to connect this previously?
• Do you have any other devices on your network that are struggling to connect?
• Are you getting any error codes or messages?

If you could give me a little more info, I'm sure we can resolve this. I look forward to hearing back from you.
