Hi,
I have the new Google Nest WiFi Pro 3 pack and am experiencing bad lag on the Wi-Fi network that never happened with our old router
Started with gaming, getting really bad spikes every 10-20seconds making online FPS games impossible to play, I did a factory reset and seemed to have fixed that but occasionally get bad packet loss now. But the ping seems to be under 30ms most of the time
But other devices seem to be suffering since the factory reset with connection dropping out to only select devices occasionally for up to 5 minutes at a time
All the routers have good mesh connection Im getting 59/21 speeds on my 50/20 fibre connection
Current software version is 1.63.377847
Doing a search online I see I'm not the only one with these issues. Its rather frustrating as my wife works from home and needs a reliable internet connection.
Should IPv6 be on or off? It was off I'm experimenting having it on.
Any input would be much appreciated
I have some tech experience, but am no networking guru
Thanks
Tim

Anyone?
Is there another update I can do? I've tried everything listed in other forum posts. I'm ready to take them back for a refund.

Hi Timbro86,
That certainly isn’t the experience we want you to have, and we apologize for the delay. A few questions: are you using a modem/router combo from your Internet Service Provider (ISP)? What device are you using to set up your network (iOS or Android)? Do you have the Internet on your modem?
You can do a sequential reboot of your entire network and see if that helps, or please perform a 2-minute power cycle on your entire network to re-establish the connection on your connected devices. Here's how:
Also, you can give these steps a try:
You may skip any step that you’ve done already.
Let us know how it goes.
Best,
Dan
