Best + Arlo app issues (port closed)

Port 80 needs to be opened. 

Arlo made me delete and create a new account(long story, but somehow my account was in a different country). On the old account (same Arlo app) all had been working fine, I was able to connect all arlo devices(doorbell camera and cameras) via the Arlo app easily and worked for a year no issues. 

Now, I can’t get get the Arlo app to add the cameras because “port 80 is closed on router”Arlo tech support said they can’t help me open this port. 

I’ve looked everywhere in Google Home app(which manages the Nest Router). I see nothing about this port 80 to open it.
