Best wifi unable to connect to moderm

Hi Hoangttnn,

Thanks for posting. I’m sorry to hear you’re having an issue. Let’s see what’s going on.

A few questions: are you referring to our Google Wifi router? If yes, did you get a new modem provided by your Internet service provider? What message do you get on your Google Home app during setup?

I’ll wait for your update.

Hi all,

I fixed it by factory resetting the Nest Wifi. It works now. Thank all.
