I am a big Google guy and have and use pretty much every Google product they have. I’m on my 4th Pixel phone and love my pixel book. So naturally I gave their Google Nest WiFi system a shot. What a mistake. After a few months of constant WiFi outages I contacted support to see if they could help. At first I was told the new firmware releases were going to fix the issue. A few more months pass and nothing was fixed so I started doing a little research only to find hundreds of posts with users having the exact same issues as me. Contacted support and they gave me the run around for literally 8 months. It has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I don’t think any of the support staff checked any history on my support ticket because each time I sent them the results of a test they would respond a few weeks later and send me a new test. I really wanted it to work out but after over a year of spotty internet and my family being super annoyed I packed it up and told Google I would like to return it and get a credit for it. But over a year passed so they said warranty was up. I guess they purposely drag the support case on for over a year until it expires. Needless to say I am done with Google.
