I have a Google Nest Wifi, Router with 3 points, it's approximately 4 years old. I had daily connectivity issues. Points were dropping connectivity and would not reconnect until I unplugged them and restarted them. I decided to do a factory reset and uninstall Google Home and start over. I did the factory reset, install the router fine. All of the points connected fine however they failed at the "Adding Wifi point to your Wi-Fi network" stage. I'm using and Samsung S20 Android phone. I downloaded the most recent version of Google Home from the Play Store. All three points are Flashing a white light on the bottom. I do not have any Apple products. Any help would be much appreciated.

I fixed it with an unconventional work around. I remembered that I had a old Android phone S8 with Google Home installed on it. I powered it on and accessed the Home app. Connected the points just fine. All points were added to the WiFi Network and the Mesh is working fine. Obviously there is something wrong with the current Home version. If I have continued issues with Google Nest Wifi I will most likely purchase a TP-Link or NetGear Mesh system. Google Customer service is almost non-existent.
