Hi! I'm using one single Nest WiFi Pro device in my small 2-bedroom apartment. It's connected to ATT's modem directly via ethernet, and I have 1G service. I have tried multiple tweaks as suggested from various other support forums, and I cannot for the life of me get anything connected with a speed above 90mb when I'm connected to the Nest. Super frustrating. Yes, I have WiFi turned off on the ATT modem so there is no double NAT issue. And I've tried it with both passthrough mode on and off, and with IPv6 on and off...no change. As soon as I turn wifi back on for ATT's native router, and test it just to confirm, I instantly get speeds again of 500+ on my laptop. So there is clearly some issue with the Nest device that has it "throttling back" all connections to less than 100mb? Somebody please help! My next step is to give up on this Google product I just bought, and just deal with ATT's weaker WiFi range, but I'd greatly prefer to learn that I simply have something setup wrong.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Capped at right under 100mbps often means problems with an ethernet cable or using non-gigabit capable equipment somewhere in the chain.
Have you tried a different gigabit ethernet cable?

try unplugging both your nest router and ISP modem, this typically solves the issue.
