Hy , I have a Shelly 2 PM connected to my gate . It worked very well until one day I started to have connectivity issues. In the Shelly app the device signal is week and in the Google home it is offline. Before the signal it was good and everything was ok and I did not move the point or the router . I have 2 router and 2 points . Try to restart the network , I try to factory reset everything but the same issue when I reconnect everything .

A few questions: are you using a modem/router combo from your Internet Service Provider (ISP)? How many devices are dropping from the network? Also, do you have any paused devices?
