Hello I’ve been losing internet connections on my Amazon cloud cameras. Seems like the max devices I can have on my network are 14-15. Definitely not the advertised 200. My modem is the Motorola MG7540.

Hello Edward. I’m using the Google Nest WiFi router AC2200 (latest one). So far it’s only the cameras. I recently linked a LED light strip to the WiFi and that seemed to start kicking them offline but even with that, that’s only 15 devices.

Thanks for the response. Just to clarify, Are you getting any message when you try to reconnect the cameras? If you haven't yet, please try doing a 2 minute reboot on your Google Wifi devices and check if your cameras would reconnect.

Could you please explain the reboot procedure? No messages when the cameras are disconnected. It is very random when they disconnect and reconnect.
