Devices keep losing connection

I have run speed tests and the Home app says wifi is up and running. However my devices (Laptop and Google Chrome TV devices) keep losing connections. Any suggestions

Hi Pharm33,

 

Can you give me a little more info about what's happening with your drops? I have a few questions.

  • Do the drops happen at the same time, or do devices drop one by one?
  • If the devices drop out, do they eventually reconnect on their own, or do you have to restart the device or your WiFi?
  • Do the drops happen at regular times, or are they completely random?
  • Did the drops start up after a time, or has it always been a problem with your network?

If you can think of anything else to share, it would help me figure this out with you.
