Does anyone have problem login to nest.home.com from Safari using Google login?

As of June 3, 2022, Nest talked to Google for permission and I did pick a Google profile to login. But after that, it goes back to "login with Google" again. The login process to the web account (home.nest.com) does not work.

Does anyone else has the same problem?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with logging in to the web app. I'd love to know more about this. To isolate the issue, could you try the following steps?

 

  1. Try using a different browser.
  2. Try using a different device.

I tried last week and today again. It is working now using Safari on a Mac.
