There are 2 of us in the home. After I installed the Nest WiFi (modem and one upstairs) there is a definite improvement BUT only when one person is using their laptop. The minute the second person attempts to connect to the WiFi using their computer, the network drops.
Note: only when using computers. Can use iPads, TV, other devices without issue.
