When using an ethernet cable with my laptop (Windows) and navigate to www.sharp.com the browser reports ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. This only occurs with computer connected to Nest Pro using an ethernet cable. It works fine using Nest Pro wifi. I get the same issue with different laptops (all Windows OS) and different browsers (Edge and Chrome). I plugged laptop directly into the cable router and no issue. I then plug Nest Pro into the cable router and my laptop into the Nest Pro and encounter the issue. I unplug from Nest Pro and wirelessly connect to Nest Pro and no issue. I turn on VPN on my laptop (ExpressVPN) and no issue. I followed other instructions for changing DNS to Google’s and still have issue. I don’t believe I have any special configurations on Nest Pro or laptop. I’ve performed resets on cable router, Nest Pro, and laptop. I’ve only encountered this with sharp.com and connected to Nest Pro using ethernet. What else should I try?
