Ee TV live channels

Recently moved from virgin to bt and bought Ee tv but live channels don't work when connect to the Google mesh. The tv box is connected to the Internet and has a strong signal. Is there setting to allow it to connect to live tv? Works through the original router but signal is very week.

• How often does the problem occur?
• When did the issue start?
• What does the app show you?
• Do you have a modem and router combo?
• How far is the Ee TV device from your WiFi router?
• What troubleshooting steps have you taken?
