When you get that step, there's no option to continue ? Or maybe a photo of the error will be helpful =D

Hi Pina,

Thank you for reaching out to our community.

I'm sorry to hear that now that you've changed your Internet provider, the three Google WiFi points in your mesh can't connect to your router with Internet Plus. Thank you for informing us that two of the mesh points are displaying orange LEDs and that after performing a reset on one of the points, you are unable to reconnect it; you only receive the error message, “This Nest Wifi point was manufactured for a different country and may not be compatible with your Wi-Fi network.” No worries; help is here.

Before I start further troubleshooting, let me ask you a few questions:

  • Could you please confirm the make of your router?
  • Could you let me know if you moved to another country when you changed your internet service provider?
  • Did you buy your Google devices in the same country where you are currently using them?

Thanks for your kind attention; I will be looking forward to your answer.

Best regards,

Virna
