It seems that kids can easily bypass the restrictions because all new devices come with a random MAC address feature and it appears that Google has not taken any steps to address this concern.

Hi SonyC,
Thanks for reaching out to our community.
I understand that you found that the Family Wi-Fi feature isn't working effectively because your kids' devices are using a random MAC address to get around the restrictions. Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. Let’s work together to address this inconvenience and find a solution.
The most effective way to ensure the Family Wi-Fi feature works consistently is to turn off the Private/Random MAC Address feature on your children's devices.
You can usually find this setting in the Wi-Fi settings for each network on their device. Once you turn it off, the device will use a static MAC address, and the Family Wi-Fi rules you set up will stay applied.
If you have more questions or need further assistance, do not hesitate to contact me again.
Best regards,
Virna

Hi Virna, I am dealing with a teenager who is from 2025 . Do you think he will not change the setting to get access ?
My only requirement to control the Wi-Fi with safe search and now end up in vain
