I've learned that with the glitching Google Nest Wifi Pro pods (random disconnects), you can't rely on the Google Home App to tell you what is going on:
1. Speed test failed...
2. Message tab says nothing is wrong:
3. Meanwhile, it thinks my iPad is "ethernet connected" (no, I'm not using the world's slowest Ethernet dongle (816 bits per second?)):
4. Then when both pods in bridge mode have disconnected, and no client devices are able to connect back to them (I checked each device in the Devices list), Mesh is supposedly working fine... (so if the ethernet backhaul is up, why not allow WiFi clients to connect back?)

Hey gjouret,
Thanks for posting — let's see what's going on.
A few questions: are you using a modem/router combo from your Internet service provider (ISP)? How many devices are dropping from the network? Also, do you have any paused devices?
Give these steps a try:
Let us know how it goes.
Best,
Abi

You posted the same suggestions to another of my posts. I even turned off uPnP. Did all of that. Your pods are still disconnecting after a few days. I can’t work like this. I have disconnected them permanently and went back to my previous WiFi access points. Google Nest WiFi isn’t “Pro”, that’s for sure.
