This issue failed to solved by support. See case 33509.

The internee speed reported in the Home app as zero, but it is false. no speed problem. checking from a browser the speed is good (200 Mbps)

Android device can't install or update anything on the wifi network. it just saying "pending".

I did reboots and few factory reset, including changing network and  password.

I rebooted the modem few times too

Hey folks,

Thanks for posting.

Could you try to create a guest network and connect to it? Let me know if it will allow your apps to be updated.

Best,

Mel

It didn't work with the guest network. it looks like it got something to do with the IPv6 enabling.

It start working (showing internet speed, download apps) after enabling IPv6, but stopped after I disabled IPv6, and didn't return.

Hey folks,

Thanks for lending a hand, @Jhonleanmel.
@IwantInternet, keep IPv6 enabled for the meantime and monitor it for a few days. Let us know how it goes. Please let me know if you are still having any concerns or questions from here, as I would be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.

Thanks,
Abi
