I have just installed a new Virgin super hub 4 as a replacement for my old super hub 3. I had my Google Nest router and 2 Google Nest WiFi points already installed and working with my old super hub 3 but since I have installed the new super hub 4 I cannot get the Nest router working to accept any WiFi connections. It won’t let my iphone connect. On Google Home app it says it’s connected fine and I have an 8 port switch working fine from the Nest router but cannot get WiFi connections. Is it a password issue? Any help will be much appreciated

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Google Wifi after replacing your router. Just to isolate the issue, what's the light status of your Google Wifi? Are you getting any message when you try to connect your devices?
