I have home mesh (3 devices) based over Google WiFi (Gen 1)
Today I bought additional 3 more devices - Google Wifi (Gen 1) + Google Nest Extender (Gen 2)
I setup a brand new MESH absolutly indipendent from the currently avilable MESH. So I had tow meshes at home and when I try to add the Nest Extender to Mesh 1 or Mesh 2 I had: Something went wrong in the Google Home App.
I found a new WiFi network with SSID: Kitchen Wifi.725W.ybc This SSID apperas when I try to add the Nest Extender to the Kitchen.
But during the setup process in Google Home, The Nest Extender is not able to change the SSID to my MESH SSID.
Check The screenshots from Google Home
Check how close is the Nest Extender to the Google Wifi (mail) in SHCross Mesh
Please advise how I am able add this extender to my mesh. I reset the device at least 5 times no progress.

Are you using an iOS device for the setup? Then see:
Also, 6 Wi-Fi broadcasting units in one household sounds overkill. Too many devices too close actually hirts performance. It's also not recommended to go more than 5 wireless Nest Wifi devices, due to the overhead (communication between all units) it creates. See:
Since you set up a new wireless network instead of extending the existing one, you now likely have what's known as double NAT, which can cause various problems. See:

Hi Olavrb,
First of all, if you check the screenshots of google home I am using Android to manage my Google Home.
I am using 3 units mesh. But I face issues described in https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Nest-Wifi/Google-Wifi-AC1200-Mesh-WiFi/m-p/355033/emcs_t/S2h8...
I have another property for which I bought new MESH. I setup this mesh at my current home and I will move it to the new place. But I try to investigate the issues with Google WiFi and Google Nest Extender that I already have. The idea is to prove that there is noe issue with my current mesh.
the Photo of the devices is to prove that they are close each other. And to avoid any concern that Google Nest Extender and Master Google WiFi are close.
Provided links are not helpful. I have an issue with adding Google Nest Extender. (The error appears with current and the new meshes).
I need help how I can add this extender to the any mesh. Details are described in my previous post.

Hey RadkoZh,
Have you ran all those tests without your points being that close? When the points are too close to one another, they can actually interfere a little. You really do want them 1-2 rooms apart, especially if you are running tests.
Thanks,
Jeff
