Hello henkoserfontein,

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with setting up your Google Nest Wifi point. To clarify, is this your first time setting it up or did it work before with your current Google mesh system? We'll wait for your reply.

Regards,
Abi

Hi

Yes this is the first time setting up.

The router and the 2nd point works.

I also added 2 x google wifi units and that also works perfectly.

It just the 1 google nest point that came in 3 pack that don't want to work when you setup.

Tried diffrent phones and powersupplies.

Uninstall and reinstall google home.

Hey henkoserfontein,

Appreciate the details. Did you purchase all your Google Wifi and Google Nest Wifi devices in one store? If not, it's possible that the Google Nest Wifi point you're unable to set up is from a different country compared to the ones you were able to set up.

Best,
Abi
