I just purchased the new Google Nest Wifi Pro 6e. My current issue is with the Google wifi router ethernet port. Connecting to my ISP ethernet port directly and testing the bandwidth, i am getting over 900k down / 40k up. When I plug the ISP to the Google Nest using the same CAT6 cable, and test at the ethernet port on the Google Nest, I am getting less than 200k down / 30 up. Is there a setting on the Nest that is preventing the maximum bandwidto pass through? I have two CAT6 cables and have swapped around to ensure one is not bad. They are both functioning just fine. It's only when I add the ISP via the CAT6 cable to the Nest is when my direct connect to the ethernet port is limited to lower bandwidth.

Hi jprop1,
That certainly isn’t the experience we want you to have, and we apologize for the delay. A few questions: are you using a modem/router combo from your Internet Service Provider (ISP)? Are you connecting your computer to your Nest Wifi Pro by using the LAN cable? Have you tried other devices?
You can do a sequential reboot of your entire network and see if that helps, or please perform a 2-minute power cycle on your entire network to re-establish the connection on your connected devices. Here's how:
Let us know how it goes.
Best,
Dan

Hi Dan,
Thanks for the follow-up response to my concern. The problem has been resolved. I did factory default the entire system and started from scratch. After reconfiguring the Google Nest Wifi 6e router, the speedtest / bandwidth from the ISP is now clocking 900Mbps down/40Mbps directly connecting to my laptop. Not sure what happened but it is working great now.
