About 2 weeks ago, or so, I switched from xfinity internet to Google Fiber. On xfinity I had one router next to my upstairs living room TV and I believe 800 Mps. With Google Fiber I have the Nest Wifi Pro main router upstairs next to my TV in the living room which is set to standard mode and a 2nd Wifi Pro in my bedroom on the other end of the house in bridge mode. I work in my basement living room which is directly under my upstairs living room. Since switching my daughter's Fire Tablet, my phone (iPhone 14) and my laptop (HP ELitebook) all randomly loose connectivity throughout the day and it usually takes maybe 5 minutes each time for it to reconnect. The signal from the wifi is listed as very good and often when this happens my phone and the tablet are literally in the same room as the main nest wifi pro. Is there something I can do to remedy this problem? It's quite frustrating especially when I am working since it often leads to me being booted off of work phone calls.

Hi dawnm,
That certainly isn’t the experience we want you to have, and we apologize for the delay. A few questions: are you using a modem/router combo from your Internet Service Provider (ISP)? Which Google/Nest router are we working with? Is it now the Nest Wifi 6? What device are you using to set up your network (iOS or Android)? Do you have the Internet from your modem?
You can do a sequential reboot of your entire network and see if that helps.
or
Please perform a 2-minute power cycle on your entire network to re-establish the connection on your connected devices. Here's how:
Also, you can give these steps a try:
You may skip any step that you’ve done already.
Let us know how it goes.
Best,
