Google Nest Wi Fi

I'm attempting to set up my new Google Nest WI Fi network that consists of three components. Even though I have a strong ethernet connection, and my Wi Fi router is active, my Google Home app indicates my Wi Fi router is offline. I have successfully set up my second Wi Fi device, however I cannot set up my third Wi Fi device that is no more than 15 feet away from my router. Requesting recommendations to set up my three component Wi Fi network.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with setting up your Google Wifi point. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

• What is the light status of your Google Wifi router?
• Have you tried setting up the third point in the same room as the router?

Also, I would suggest doing a 2 minute power cycle on your Google Wifi router before setting up the third point.
