Google Nest WiFi Pro - 6E - everything connects except Microsoft Surface Laptop 5 - Windows 11 Pro

Greetings,  Just bought and installed the Google Nest WiFi Pro - 6E.  2 personal laptops and 2 iphones connect to new Mesh network without issue.  However a Microsoft Surface Laptop 5 - running Windows 11 Pro will not connect.  Occassionally it connects the wifi, but can't get to the internet.  This same Surface has no issues connecting to the Verizon wifi and Att wifi.  I've attempted to look at some of the settings on Google Home app for the network, but nothing is obvious / seems to resolve the issue with the Surface connecting.  Please help or else I'm going to have to send the new devices back.  Thanks in advance.  Shawn and Lisa

That certainly isn't the experience we want you to have, and we apologize for the delay. How are you doing with your connection to your Microsoft Surface Laptop 5? Is it now connecting to your Nest Wifi Pro router?
