INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED WITH GOOGLE NEST WIFI PRO!
I am fully committed to Google and Google Internet router/connectivity. I have moved up from Google WiFi to Google Nest WiFi to Google Nest WiFi Pro! The last was the worst decision I ever made.
After weeks and weeks of utter frustration, setting, resetting, etc, etc, the Internet speed was significantly slower. I subscribe to 800 MBPS service from Xfinity and I was getting between 600 down to 96.
After weeks of frustration, I purchased Google Nest WiFi and I am thrilled again! Everything is up to where they were!
So, my purchase of Google WiFi Pro cost me money, wastage of time and frustration and headache!
Be careful before you purchase this device!

That certainly isn’t the experience we want you to have, and we apologize for the delay. A few questions: are you using a modem/router combo from your Internet service provider (ISP)? What device are you using to set up your network (iOS or Android)? Do you have the Internet on your modem?
You can do a sequential reboot of your entire network and see if that helps, or please perform a 2-minute power cycle on your entire network to re-establish the connection on your connected devices. Here's how:
