Google Nest Wifi Pro and Hue Hub Connection to the Internet

BGeorge

I recently upgraded from Google Wifi to The Pro and I am now unable to login to my Hue account. Upon looking at the hub, the light indicating that the internet is connected is off. The hub works locally, Homekit controls the lights… it just isn’t reaching the outside world any more. I’m doesn’t work with a Google Home anymore.

Is there a setting that may be preventing the Hub from connecting to the outside world? It is a second Gen Hue Hub that is was purchased just as soon as the second gen came out. It could be that the hub needs replaced. I would like to hope there is simply a setting needing tweaked as I do not want to manually add all of my bulbs to a new hub (nearly at the max number of bulbs allowed on a single hub).

thanks!

Hi @BGeorge

I got Nest Wifi Pro with Philips Hue Bridge v2 working without issues.
How is your Hue Bridge connected to Wifi Nest Pro?

I am using an unmanaged network switch. 😊
