I've been using this Google Nest Wifi Router with no issues until it started having connection issues. At first the wifi network was still available to connect to but had no network after connecting. After unplugging for hours and replugging, light is solid white for a few seconds then goes dark. Device is not online on Google Home. Pressing the hard reset button to return to factory settings does not result in any light turning on (any color). Any ideas?

Hi @Ashenu,
Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a power issue with your Google Nest WiFi router because it is showing a solid white light for only a few seconds before going completely dark and being unresponsive to the reset button. I appreciate you confirming the troubleshooting steps you have tried. I'm happy to assist.
To gather the necessary information, please answer the following questions:
What type of Google Nest WiFi do you have? The following article might be helpful: What Google Nest Wifi device do I have?
When did the issue first occur?
Was there a power outage at the time the incident occurred?
Have you tried using a different power outlet or adapter that is known to work?
I'll be waiting for your reply.
Best regards.

Hi Derick,
Thanks for following up. Based on the article I'm not sure which nest wifi I have but on the top there is a G symbol and on the bottom it says Model H2D. Let me know if the other numbers would also be helpful.
The issue first occurred about a week ago
There was not a power outage when it first occurred
I have tried using another power outlet and I am using the same adapter that worked previously
Thanks for your help!
