Google Wi-Fi will not connect to wifi

Lightning struck and knocked out my modem as well as the google Wi-Fi point used as the router.  I have deleted the old Wi-Fi and even the home and made a new one.  I have factory reset all of the points.  None will connect to the Wi-Fi to finish setup.  Internet is working as I have a cord running through the google point to a tv and the tv is getting internet direct through the google point.  I’ve tried setting it up with tv connected direct and without.  I’ve tried multiple points.  I’ve even opened a brand new set of 3 and they are not connecting either.  I’m at a loss

ok guys, been working on this for 5hours.  I invited my wife's account to the home through my app.  Once she installed the app, i attempted to setup the network from her phone(same iphone 13 that i have), SUCCESS.  Instantly connected.

Hey Klesko12,

I'm happy to see you got this sorted out. Not sure what happened there, but sometimes time and another attempt solves odd issues. Before we mark this as resolved, I did want to check in and see if you needed anything else or to see if you were all set.

Thanks,
Jeff

There needs to be better info officially from google on troubleshooting.  This has happened to me 3 times since google switched from the google Wi-Fi app to google home.  Just refusing to connect to wifi to initially setup the network, is INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING
