I have a Google WiFi unit (GJ2CQ).
Two of them work and are on the network.
The third isn't connecting to anything.
I hold in the reset button as I unplug and plug in the power. I then get a flashing / pulsing blue light.
When I go to the Google Home app (both on Android and iOS) and go to Add a new Google WiFi device, the app searches but never finds a WiFi unit to add.
It has been flashing blue for 30 minutes now.

Please try to follow the factory reset instructions exactly as described here, "using the physical button":
For instance, you should not unplug the power according to those instructions.
If it still does not work, reply here and someone will escalate the thread.
