Google WiFi hub flashing blue even after reset

t's stuck flashing blue. Not pulsing like the others when it came to set them up but flashing.

I have tried a factory reset by pressing the button, then plugging in the cable and holding it down for 10 seconds. The light turns white, then starts flashing blue like it's supposed to but it's now been doing that for 2 days so I assume this hasn't fixed the issue.

Tried factory reset numerous times but still just keeps flashing blue and not pulsing like the other points.

You're not following the factory reset procedure. Try again with the steps described here, for the specific device model you got:

If it still does not work, get back to this thread with what exact model you got, and what happened.

Hi

Sorry for the late reply.

The problem still persists even after pressing the button at the back of the device and then plugging the power in. The unit displays a white light then the blue. Once the blue light is shown I release the button. The device then displays a solid blue light for quite some time. Once completed with the solid blue light the device then begins to flash the blue light. It does not pulse blue showing ready for setup.

I have done the above steps 4 to 5 times with the same result.

Not sure what next to try?

"The problem still persists even after pressing the button at the back of the device and then plugging the power in."

That's not what the factory reset instructions is telling you to do.
