Hi Yasaswi,

Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry that you're having troubles with the Google TV Streamer (4K) with your audio receiver. I understand how frustrating this can be. I'm here to help.

For your concern, please try the below steps:

  • Step 1. Check your cables and connections

  • Sometimes loose, disconnected, or damaged cables can cause connection issues. Make sure that:

    1. The provided Ethernet cable is connected securely (the tab should click in) to your Google Nest Wifi router or primary Google Wifi point's WAN port. The other end should be connected securely to your modem.

    2. Your modem and Wi-Fi router and point(s) are powered on, connected to the same Wi-Fi network, and all cables are secure.

    3. Your modem is connected to an Internet source, such as your cable, DSL, or fiber provider's line that comes into your home.

  • Step 2. Make sure that you meet the setup requirements.

  • Ensure that all setup requirements are met. To double-check, you can go to:

    1. Set up Nest Wifi Pro or Nest Wifi

    2. Set up Google Wifi

  • Step 3. Force close, then reopen the Google Home app.

  • Step 4. Uninstall, then reinstall the Google Home app.

  • Step 5. Forget nearby networks

  • Step 6. Restart your Wi-Fi device.

  • Step 7. Use a different mobile device for setup.

If the setup still isn't working, try to Factory reset your WiFi device.

Let me know how it goes and keep me posted.

Regards,

Kevin
