I have a Google Wi-Fi Router and can't get it to factory reset. Have tried all methods I could find online. It is model AC-1304. As a result, no devices on my network can locate it to make a connection. There is one Google Nest that connects to it all the time, even after a factory reset it shows the network name and says connecting. The nest works perfectly fine, but nothing else can connect to the internet. The Wifi network still broadcasts after the factory reset. The device does not show up in my Google home network. Thanks

I'm having similar issues which started a couple of weeks ago.
Internet connection was going in and out. Confirmed the modem was fine by connecting directly to it. I did a factory reset. After that, the router wouldn't connect to the internet at all. I performed another reset using the button and then another. The 2nd time I also removed it from the Home app. Now the app will mo longer detect it. The SDID still broadcasts. I have an older router up and running for the mean time.

I already went through all of that. It was not helpful, which is what brought me here.

Hello there ,
Molson1590, could you confirm which part you went through? Have you contacted our support team? If so, do you have the case number?
clcintx, we haven't received your form. Have you had a chance to fill it out?
Thanks,
