Google home app showing zero traffic on all devices while in use

Hi there.


I’m using nest WiFi at home with one nest router and two nest points. My Google home app showing zero traffic on all devices while devices in use recently. It was working previously and showing WiFi traffic on different devices. I tried to power cycle the router, restart the app, but nothing works, still all zero traffic. WiFi speed no problem at all.

any suggestions? Much appreciated.

You can try to disable "Nest Wifi cloud services" from the privacy settings (Google Home -> Wifi -> Settings (icon) -> Privacy). Then reboot, easy to do from the app. Then enable it again. And for good measure, one more reboot.

If that does not help, you can try to factory reset your network (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/6246619?hl=en) and set it up again (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9548301?hl=en). Use the same network name (SSID) and password, and your devices will reconnect automagically.
