The problem still happens in 2024, I read many posts from 2021 and 2022 and the problem has not been resolved to this day. Please don't say to check cables, router, restart network, prioritize devices or a generic answer with standard steps like remove the device from power for 10 seconds or anything I can find in the previous posts. Believe me, I try everything before start this conversation. I just need a solution.

If you are unwilling to try troubleshooting with the public forum, then I am unsure how we can help you. All I can tell you is, IF you have an ISP and plan that supports greater than 100mbps, then the most likely problem is the connection between your modem and the main point.
Since I was not there when you troubleshot originally, I will ask the questions I have to:
Have you tried a direct test - modem to laptop or other device , using the SAME cable that you use to plug in your main google wifi router?
The 100 mbps limit, where exactly are you seeing that? have you tried on multiple devices, both wired, and wireless?

I believe that the problem with the tone of my previous message was that from 2021 to 2022 we saw experts, not members, bringing generic "solutions" that did not solve the problem. Year after year the problem persists and we see them copying and pasting the same answer to several people and not offering a real solution to the problem. And it's 2024 and they haven't offered a real solution. Sorry if it sounds like I don't appreciate the help the community has to offer.
About your questions:
- Yes i tried multiple devices. 80 to 94, if i connect on the router provided for the internet service i get 700MB (wifi)
- I dont have a laptop to test, and my pc its far from my router ( i will try get a laptop ) I cant use the same cable because its on my wall, but its a cat6

I get it, it can be tough over a phone or chat .
For the sake of testing, have you tried a different cable, so move the google wifi off the wall, close to your router, and try another cable , Just want to eliminate that cable as the source of the issue. A cat6 cable can be good, but if its terminated improperly , or there is a break forming in the line, it could be an issue.
Another test you could try, is switching up your google wifi points, just to ensure it isnt a faulty ethernet port on your main device (again unlikely, but gotta remove all possibilities)

Just to add to this, you would need to factory reset if you move the point around, but I have seen this work for others.
