Google nest pro intermittent Wi-Fi speed

Hi 

I had nest  Wi-Fi running for the last 3 years. The internet speed was not amazing but it was getting the job done. I wanted to make my mesh even stronger so when I heard google nest pro supports Wi-Fi 6 I decided to upgrade

since I have upgraded when it works I am getting much faster speeds than google nest but it’s intermittent. All of a sudden the speeds drop to almost 0. I have to disable Wi-Fi and enable Wi-Fi and the speed goes back and domes time toggling Wi-Fi on and off doesn’t work . It’s not only happening on one device this issue happens on multiple devices. Also what’s strange is it’s not the speed son all devices go down it’s random and one could have 300mbps while the other could have 0

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry for this experience.

Please use an undamaged Cat 5e or Cat 6 cable to plug in your modem and Google Nest Wifi Pro securely. You may also try the following steps below: 

•  Ensure that there is minimal to no interference (concrete, bulletproof glass, metal, mirror, etc.) and that the Wifi points are no more than two rooms apart.
• Change your DNS servers to 8.8.8.8 on your primary servers and 8.8.4.4 on your secondary servers.
• Unplug the power from your modem and Google Nest Wifi devices for 2 minutes.
• If you're using a modem/router combo, set it to bridge mode to avoid double NAT issues.
• If the issue persists, try factory resetting your network. Take note that this will remove all network data.
