Google nest pro wifi

Since June 21 I’ve been having problems with my Google nest pro loosing wifi for about an hour sometimes even longer. it’s very frustrating. What is google doing about this problem?

Thanks for posting in the community! I'm sorry to hear that your Nest Wifi Pro router has been repeatedly losing Wi-Fi since June 21, with each disconnection lasting an hour or longer. I know how frustrating that must be. Help is here!

To isolate the root cause of the inconvenience, I have some questions for you:

  • Are you using a modem/router combo from your Internet service provider?
  • What is the status light on your Nest Wifi Pro router?
  • Were there any changes to the network?
