Google network works, but shows offline in Google Home

I have microwave internet that comes through a Google Wifi Mesh point that acts as the main router. From there, it goes to an unmanaged switch, which connects to various devices. It also connects to another 3 mesh points (1 on far end of house, 1 in garage, and the third in the shop (which is connected via an ethernet to fiber media converter as the shop is several hundred feet away from the house).

The network works as it should, though a bit slow (not sure if there is a config issue or the microwave internet is just under performing by a lot) The problem is, all the devices, and the connection show as offline in Google Home on my android. Doesn't matter if a reset the devices, remove from power, whatever. It worked fine for a long time and then just went offline. I checked and I have the most up to date version of the app. Anything else I can try?

Hey, cbirkinbine.
Sorry for the late response here, but I wanted to check in to see if you were still having this issue and to see if you have done any additional troubleshooting so far. If you still need help, let me know and I'll be happy to work on this with you.
Thanks.

Hi, cbirkinbine.
Just one quick final check in here since activity has slowed down. We'll be locking the thread in the next 24 hours, but if you still need help, I would be happy to keep it open. If there's more we can do, just let me know.
Thanks.

I've not been able to find any additional troubleshooting tips, and have not yet solved the problem, but given the time frame since my original ask, I'm not sure anyone here has any ideas either.

Hi, cbirkinbine.

I'll leave this open for a while longer to see if we can't find an answer for you. I'm checking to see what I can learn on this, and I'll update if I find something for you to try.

Thanks.

I have the exact same issue.  It started this morning.

The only thing I can suggest is an attempt to force a firmware update, but depending on what version of hardware you have, that might not be easy to do. Unfortunately after several months of nothing, it fixed itself so I don't even have a solution to share with you except that I hope yours does the same, but faster! Good luck!

After Several months of this issue, it now seems to be working properly again. I wish I could share a solution, but it just started working as mysteriously as it had stopped.

Hey, everyone.
It looks like we've slowed down here. We'll be closing up the thread unless anyone else has any input or needs anything else. If so, just let me know and we can keep this open a bit longer.
Thanks.
