Google offered to replace my busted nest wifi router but after 3 weeks I can't get any update

For a couple of days, my wifi was useless with the router rebooting, and then I got an email from Google offering a replacement. I filled out the form more than three weeks later, but I still don't know when they will send a replacement, and I can't find a way to contact them. I am relying on an older router, but I need to decide whether to wait for the replacement or buy a new one.

Has anybody experienced this? Any advice?

Regards,

Jose
