Google support agents keep breaking their promise

I got problems with Google Nest Wi-Fi. I have been ignored by at least 3 agents after they can't resolve issue, promise to escalate to higher support level and get back to me but nothing happened then. I finally posted a conversation in this community and they keep breaking their promise to help me.

It's been 2 weeks and no one contacts me.

you may have to try and do a reset a few times mine was doing the same said low wifi i did the factory set like 3 times over 5 days of issues finialy today its fixed,onto the next issue my temp sensors ,but i do agree with you thats this crap is the new buy new thing, make stuff only last a bit then force you to buy new

@brent33, I’m sorry to hear you also had this issue but it’s good to hear that it’s all sorted out. You mentioned something about temp sensors. Are you referring to your Nest Thermostat? I’ll wait for your update.

Hey Abi, a quick update is I got the warranty replacement for the Nest router. Initial setup gave me the correct speed. I will update if it's slow again.
