Slow Nest Wi-Fi and Google support agent can't keep their promise

After few months using Nest Wi-Fi, it became slower gradually. Here is my first support ID: 4-4272000033455

"Nest Wifi provides slow Wi-Fi speed. Restart the router or factory reset doesn't help. A cable runs directly from the router to my PC give full speed of a gigabit connection but Wi-Fi would only give half of it even I sit next to the router. If I sit next to the Wi-Fi point, the speed is even worse. When I test the mesh connection, it said it's a great connection. There is no block between the router and the point."

I have tried several solutions with Google Support agents and none of them helped. I was patiently contact Google support but they just ignored me with the promise to ask the supervisor and call me back. None of them call me. I am too tired of contacting any support agent. I doubt that Google intentionally reduce the speed to force people upgrading to Wi-Fi Pro. This is a scam. I just want my refund.
