Google wifi pro will not connect with myq garage

I am so frustrated. I am unable to get my newly purchased pro Wi-Fi system to connect to my smart garage.

I have googled for over three hours and tried a hotspot on my phone with the same name as my network and used a second device. I even used my tablet…no go.

I tried walking a house away…no go.

I am able to connect everything else but myq for my garage.  Please help.

Just putting this here.. I have a nest wifi pro and a myq garage , it would not work if I used WPA3, if you set your wifi to WPA2 then the myq should work.
