I have just migrated my old (probably 1st gen) google mesh WiFi from the google WiFi app to the google home app and now all my wireless is sporadically dropping out. I have factory rest the 3 points and re set up the system. I have rebooted several times (everything) and same results.

any ideas?

Same here, I was told to get new Nest pucks,  NOT a good response from Google if you ask me, they caused a problem that they suggested I BUY my way out of.

Every since replacing all old Gen 1 mesh pucks with 4 new ac2200s I have had nothing but WiFi issues.  Built out new networks and started loosing connections on random devices.  Did a complete reset and worked fine for a few weeks now back to having issues.  Sometimes turning off TV fixes it for a while or swapping devices to guest network will as well.  Ready to replace with another brand, as no one seems to know what is causing this.

Hey, everyone.

The sporadic disconnects are actually part of an issue that we're working to correct. There are some other threads in the community right now where this is being discussed by others. I will update the threads as I know more about the situation, but right now it's still being looked at by internal teams.

Thanks.

Hi, all.

It's been quite some time since we touched base on this, but I wanted to check in with everyone and see if they were still seeing the same issues. If you haven't seen any improvement, please let me know and we can pick this back up.

Thanks.

Hi, all.
Just one quick final check in here since activity has slowed down. We'll be locking the thread in the next 24 hours, but if you still need help, I would be happy to keep it open. If there's more we can do, just let me know.
Thanks.

It still is not fixed and you do know this.  It is an issue with the firmware you all pushed out a few months back and have yet to fix.  I am constantly having to unplug my pucks to get them to work.  We work from home and it is a thrill to deal with.  What is an update from your end other than "We know it is an issue and are working on it"  Seriously there is no way it would take this **bleep** long to fix this.
